About 2008 Kick-off Cup
Instead of a traditional knock-out cup competition, the Windsor and District Soccer League will hold a pre season tournament that will replace the old format of the cup competition in hopes to create a fun and a memorable weekend for everyone.
This year's tournament is scheduled for May 9 - 11, 2008. Most of the games will be played at a newly built Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex, and others will be played at Prince Andrew Fields.. The tournament will consist of numerous round robin games which will be played on Friday and Saturday, while some of the play-off round games will be played on Saturday and Sunday. All final games are scheduled for Sunday.
Both the winning and second place teams will receive a medal.
